
FEE SCHEDULE BREAKDOWN
1. 2-4 Unit Building 8-10% or $100 per unit minimum (whichever is greater).

3. 16-29 Unit Building 7-8%. Leasing Fee* is negotiable depending on duties of on-site manager
4.30 + Unit Building 5-6%. Leasing Fee* is negotiable depending on duties of onsite manager
5. Single Family Residence 8-10% or $250/month (whichever is greater)

6. A residential property is graded on a class A, B, and C system. If your property is class C, the management fee will be on the higher end of the quoted range.
7.Maintenance/renovation cost up to 499 are included in management agreement. Cost above 500 are subject to a 10% oversight fee.
8.Court Appearance fee 2 hours covered under management agreement. 50 per hour for each hour after or 250 per day whichever is greater.
9.On Boarding setup Fee
- Single family residence & condos $250.00
- 2-4 units $500
- 5-15 units $750
- 16-29 units $1000
- 30+ units $1250-1500
*Leasing Fee
- $500 minimum up to 6% of annual rent or 1st month rent whichever is greater for properties that are under management.
- 6 -10% of of annual rent or 1st months rent whichever is greater for unmanaged units
